Nurseries must be registered, have a physical growing facility with at least 500 healthy plants in stock, provide valid business documents, and pass our 12-point quality audit. Both small and large nurseries are welcome as long as quality standards are met.

Can small nurseries apply?

Yes. We welcome nurseries of all sizes. Our tiered partnership model means smaller nurseries start with a standard listing and can upgrade as they grow. What matters most is plant quality, variety, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

How long does the verification take?

The full process — application review, document verification, physical audit, and digital onboarding — typically takes 5-7 business days. Express verification is available for nurseries that already meet premium criteria.

Commission rates start at 12% and decrease with higher sales volume. Flagship partners enjoy reduced rates as low as 8%. The exact rate is discussed during onboarding and is transparently documented in your partner agreement.

How and when do I get paid?

Weekly settlements every Sunday via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer. Each transaction is recorded in your dashboard with detailed reports showing exactly what was sold, the commission deducted, and the net amount paid.

Do I get sales reports?

FlorianBD covers all damage claims under our Live Arrival Guarantee. Partners are not held responsible for transit damage. We handle the customer refund or replacement and cover the cost, so you never lose revenue.

Through your seller dashboard. You can add, edit, or remove products in real time, update stock quantities, mark items as out of season, and set automated low-stock alerts. Bulk import via spreadsheet is also supported.

What are the shipping timelines?
