What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a seamless checkout experience supporting all major Bangladeshi payment gateways,
including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. We also accept international Visa and Mastercard, as
well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for most metropolitan areas including Dhaka, Chattogram, and
Sylhet.
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations are permitted within 6 hours of placement to ensure we can stop the
specialized preparation process. Since plants are living organisms that require careful
pre-shipping hydration and pruning, we cannot process cancellations once the biological
preparation stage has commenced.
How do I track my order?
Real-time tracking is available through your "My Garden" dashboard. You will receive an SMS
notification with a direct tracking link as soon as your plants depart from the nursery. Our
system provides updates on humidity levels and estimated arrival times throughout the
transit period.
What if my payment fails but money is deducted?
Don't worry. In case of a technical glitch where the payment is debited but the order isn't
confirmed, the amount is usually auto-refunded within 48-72 hours by the payment gateway. If
the status doesn't change, please email your transaction ID to our accounts team.
Do you offer installment (EMI) plans?
Yes, for orders exceeding ৳15,000, we offer 0% EMI plans through selected bank partners.
This is particularly popular for large landscaping projects or the purchase of ancient
bonsai collections.
Can I pay with Cryptocurrency?
Currently, we only support fiat currency through traditional digital banking and mobile
financial services (MFS) as per local regulations in Bangladesh.

Where do you deliver?
We offer nationwide delivery across all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Our proprietary

How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated based on distance and plant volume. Standard shipping starts at
৳70 within Dhaka Metro and ৳160 for outer-district deliveries. Large-scale landscaping
orders may qualify for discounted freight shipping via our specialized "Green Trucks."
What if my plant arrives damaged?
We stand by our "No-Wilt Guarantee." If your plant arrives in sub-optimal condition, simply
submit a photo within 48 hours of delivery through our app. Our botanical triage team will
either provide recovery instructions or authorize an immediate, free-of-charge replacement.
What is the typical delivery timeframe?
For Dhaka Metro, we offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM. For other
divisional cities, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days. Remote upazilas may take up
to 5 days, as we coordinate with specialized local couriers who understand botanical
handling.
What is "Eco-Vent" packaging exactly?
"Eco-Vent" is our patented packaging solution made from recycled fibers. It features a

Do you ship during heatwaves or rain?
