Can I cancel my order?

How do I track my order?

What if my payment fails but money is deducted?

Don't worry. In case of a technical glitch where the payment is debited but the order isn't confirmed, the amount is usually auto-refunded within 48-72 hours by the payment gateway. If the status doesn't change, please email your transaction ID to our accounts team.

Do you offer installment (EMI) plans?

What if my plant arrives damaged?

We stand by our "No-Wilt Guarantee." If your plant arrives in sub-optimal condition, simply submit a photo within 48 hours of delivery through our app. Our botanical triage team will either provide recovery instructions or authorize an immediate, free-of-charge replacement.

What is the typical delivery timeframe?

For Dhaka Metro, we offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM. For other divisional cities, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days. Remote upazilas may take up to 5 days, as we coordinate with specialized local couriers who understand botanical handling.
