Began
It started with a single question in a classroom at CPSCR Rangpur: "Why is it so hard to find the plants you want?"
Shahzaib Islam (Mahdis), then in 9th grade, saw a broken link between the nursery owners who had quality plants and the people who wanted them. The market was scattered, trust was low, and no one had built a digital bridge. That gap became his obsession — and FlorianBD was the answer.
What started as wireframes on notebook paper quickly evolved into a full-stack platform. Days turned into nights of coding, debugging, and reimagining what an online plant marketplace could be. The vision was clear: build a platform so intuitive that anyone — from a farmer in Rangpur to a student in Dhaka — could buy and sell plants with confidence.
