Observing the Problem
Sajidul noticed how difficult it was for people in Rangpur to find quality plants. He saw frustrated buyers and disconnected nurseries — and asked why.
Empathizing with Users
He talked to plant lovers and nursery owners to understand their struggles. What did they need? What was missing? This empathy shaped his vision for FlorianBD.
Ideating Solutions
Instead of jumping to a single answer, Sajidul brainstormed multiple ways to bridge the gap between buyers and sellers, ultimately choosing the platform model.
Prototyping Quickly
He built a minimum viable version of FlorianBD using his self-taught web development skills, turning ideas into something real that could be tested.
Iterating on Feedback
Every piece of feedback from users led to changes. Sajidul refined features, improved usability, and kept evolving the platform based on real usage.
Continuing the Cycle
Design thinking is never finished. He continues to observe, empathize, ideate, and iterate — growing both the platform and his problem-solving skills.
